The Office of Graduate Studies would like to welcome you as a new graduate student to Utah Tech University. The following resources will hopefully help you find success whether you are here on campus or online.

Utah Tech Student Email

Students will not receive a Utah Tech email until after they have registered for classes. Once you have registered for classes you will be able to log on to your email here: https://mail.utahtech.edu.

You will need your Digital ID and password.

Register for Classes

To register for classes you will need to login to MyUT using your digital ID and password. You can find registration under the student tab.

Student Apps

There are several student apps. The Microsoft Authenticator is required for all students. Visit the Google Play Store or the App Store to download.

Parking Passes and Student IDs

Utah Tech Student Accounts

You were issued a Digital ID upon your acceptance. You will use this ID to configure your student accounts. Go to https://reset.utahtech.edu/ to claim your account and to set a secure password. If you need to reset your password, follow these steps: https://help.utahtech.edu/kb/article/193-reset-your-password/

Library Study Space

Librarians are assigned as department liaisons dedicated to your program. See who your liaison librarian is and ask for an appointment if you need any help with research.

The Library has access to discipline-specific databases and thousands of scholarly resources at library.utahtech.edu

Graduate students are given an exclusive study area, lockers, and a conference room.
